Since this is Northside Realty’s first real estate blog post, we want to give you a general introduction.
Northside Realty is not new to the real estate world. The company was established in 2004 and we are proud to be the largest independent real estate firm in The Triangle area of North Carolina.

According to the Triangle Business Journal Northside Realty is the 10th largest residential real estate firm (closed sides) and the 8th largest in terms of sales associates in their 2015 “Book of Lists” which covers the Triangle area of North Carolina.
We just launched a new consumer friendly Northside Realty Website that provides visitors with the opportunity to browse real estate listings, gather information about area neighborhoods and learn about the buying and selling process.
