Greystone Manor Townhomes is a quaint neighborhood that makes up one of the 16 neighborhoods of the Greystone Community. The homes range in size from 1,967 to 2,385 sqft. with prices ranging roughly from $250,000 to $380,000. The neighborhood has 42 townhomes with most of them sitting on the lake, which is such a relaxing focal point of the community. The lake is fishing friendly too! Just as long as you catch and release. Residents, as well as their four-legged friends, love taking a stroll around the lake too.
The neighborhood is also a quick walk to Greystone Village Shopping Center which is known for some of the best restaurants in Raleigh such as Sola Coffee, Gonza Tacos y Tequila, and Kai Sushi.
