Greystone Manor Townhomes of Raleigh

Greystone Manor Townhomes is a quaint neighborhood that makes up one of the 16 neighborhoods of the Greystone Community. The homes range in size from 1,967 to 2,385 sqft. with prices ranging roughly from $250,000 to $380,000. The neighborhood has 42 townhomes with most of them sitting on the lake, which is such a relaxing focal point of the community. The lake is fishing friendly too! Just as long as you catch and release. Residents, as well as their four-legged friends, love taking a stroll around the lake too.

The neighborhood is also a quick walk to Greystone Village Shopping Center which is known for some of the best restaurants in Raleigh such as Sola Coffee, Gonza Tacos y Tequila, and Kai Sushi. The shopping center is full of fun activities on Saturday mornings, especially when Sola is holding one of their lovely pop-up markets!

A quick 10-minute drive down Six Forks will lead you to I-540 while a short 10-minute drive down Lead Mine will lead you to Crabtree Valley which provides you with all of your shopping needs including well-known labels like Coach, Apple, and Brooks Brothers. Go another 10 minutes down the road and you’ll enter Downtown Raleigh which is always bustling with fun events for everyone; First Friday, Artsplosure, and Hopscotch Music Festival are just to name a few.
