Considered by its resident’s as one of ‘Raleigh’s Best Kept Secrets’, Fairfax Hills subdivision is an enclave of approximately 180 single family homes with lot sizes averaging half an acre or larger. Homes range in the $300’s – $700’s. Residents have the choice of living in two-story, split levels or hard to find ranch style homes.
Fairfax Hills is tucked away in the desirable Mid-town location off Millbrook and Falls of Neuse Roads in North Raleigh. Due to its close proximity to North Hills and wonderful location, builders have been purchasing some of these homes and building new construction.
What makes this neighborhood special are its residents. Several are original owners, although there has been robust real estate activity in the past couple of years.
